Direction

1. File > New > any size (mine used 200x200 px) with black background.

2. Filter > Render > Lens Flare, use default settings.

3. Go to Filter > Distort > Twirl > 600 degree angle.

4. Ctrl + F.

5. Ctrl + U > Colorize > play around with the colors or use my settings.

6. Done. :-)
