Direction

1. File > New > 15x15 pixels with transparent background.

2. Press D.

3. Zoom in to 1600%

3. Go to Pencil Tool (), then spot on your document like in this picture.

4. Go to Polygonal Lasso Tool () and make a selection like this.

5. Pick background color. I used #E3DCAD. Set foreground color to white.

5. Go to Gradient Tool () > set option to Radial gradient () and drag inside of the selection from center to the edge.

6. Press Ctrl + D.

7. Go to Pencil Tool again and design the smilies to your right. :-)
