Direction

1. File > New > any size just make sure it is at least twice of the object you want to reflect.

2. Open your object and paste on this new document.

3. Duplicate layer.

4. Go to Edit > Transform > Flip Vertical.

5. Change Opacity of this copy layer to 50%.

Now you got this.

6. Now set your foreground and background to white. Select Gradient Tool () and choose fade from transparent to white.

7. Ctrl + click on the Layer copy > Create a new layer.

8. Draw a line from the bottom to the top of selection.

9. Decrease Opacity to about 70%.

10. Ctrl + D. Done. :-)
