Direction


1. File > New > 100x100 px.


2. Fill background with color you like. Mine used #000000.


3. Rectangle tool > draw a rectangle.



4. Duplicate layer > rotate until it looks like a plus sign.



5. Repeat number 4 twice > rotate the rectangles until you got something like this.



6. New layer > Ellipse tool > hold shift + draw a circle > move until it's centered.



7. Duplicate the circle layer > hold shift + resize to make it smaller > Color overlay. Mine overlayed with #000000.



8. Merge layer by locking all layers together.



9. Ctrl+E.


10. Magic wand tool > click on the center circle > Select > Inverse.


11. Gradient tool > drag a line from top left to bottom right.


11. Ctrl+D.


12. Done.
